Everyone qualifies for this program unless you have an IRS or state debt obligation

No Upfront Costs

If you choose a Refund Anticipation Check (RAC) or Refund Transfer (RT) there are no out-of-pocket payments required at the time of your tax preparation because all your fees can be withheld against the refund or loan amount. When your refund arrives in 6-15 days, tax preparation and bank fees are deducted from the refund amount and the balance of the refund is given to you.
